The Easter Eggs Hatched

Today I have for you an Easter Egg manicure. I don't really celebrate Easter, but I love holidays, so I am throwing myself into this one as well.

Last year I did three different Easter manicures, all using the same background polish.
Field of Marigolds
Easter Nails - A skittle Adventure
Easter Nails

I have been on the lookout for a really good yellow polish for this years Easter manicure. I even bought a yellow texture!
But even so, when it was time to do Easter nails again, I  am tempted to go for the same polish as last year. I managed to stay away, and opted for this B*O polish instead, that I bought from Born Pretty Store. It's called 62, and it's more like an orangey-yellow.

I used 3 coats of B*O - 62 for this manicure and finished it off with Sally Hansen - Sugar Coat - Sugar Fix. I also added some wings, eyes and beak using Nordic Cap - NP07, Sinful Color - Snow Me White (I have also bought myself a backup of this polish as it's running very low), and Wet n Wild - Black (I really need a backup of this, very soon)

Happy Easter Everyone!

Twinpost: Blow blow up my Blowfish?

This time its CH38, and a blowfish image.
I have to say, this is the funnies I have done so far. I love it.
and I got to try my BO stamping polish from BornPrettyStore.

For this manicure I used:
BO - Olive Green (13)
H&M - Fantasy Ocean
Sinful Color - See you soon
Misa - Toxic Seduction

Forgot to take a picture of the background, sadly.
First I started out with a layer of Toxic Seduction, sponged a bit of Fantasy Ocean, and See you Soon over, to create depth to the background. Then I stamped over using Olive Green.

For those of you, who are interested in how things are going with dating and stuff. Well.

Got this on my door.

Don't forget to see what Miskha, from Lacquer or Leave Her! did with the image. You can see her post using the same plate as I did, over here.

Twinpost: Boxing gloves

I am a bit late with today's twinpost with Mishka from Lacquer Or Leave Her.
Cheeky Girl Challenge for this week is using CH 34 - Boxing gloves.
I am not much of a sports-fan, and Boxing is just too brutal to me. Its a display of testosterone and manly-ness, with all the blood and goo that comes with it.
So, I decided to go for a glitter, but not just any glitter. I found a Factory Outlet closeby that had W7s hidden in the back of a shelf. I picked up Lava Flow.

Lava Flow contains red, blue, and black round glitters, in a white base.

I then used BO Red (from Bornprettystore), and NYC - Bowery Black for stamping.
Bowery Black works really well for stamping, and I like the subtle glimmer in the black in this manicure.
