The Easter Eggs Hatched

Today I have for you an Easter Egg manicure. I don't really celebrate Easter, but I love holidays, so I am throwing myself into this one as well.

Last year I did three different Easter manicures, all using the same background polish.
Field of Marigolds
Easter Nails - A skittle Adventure
Easter Nails

I have been on the lookout for a really good yellow polish for this years Easter manicure. I even bought a yellow texture!
But even so, when it was time to do Easter nails again, I  am tempted to go for the same polish as last year. I managed to stay away, and opted for this B*O polish instead, that I bought from Born Pretty Store. It's called 62, and it's more like an orangey-yellow.

I used 3 coats of B*O - 62 for this manicure and finished it off with Sally Hansen - Sugar Coat - Sugar Fix. I also added some wings, eyes and beak using Nordic Cap - NP07, Sinful Color - Snow Me White (I have also bought myself a backup of this polish as it's running very low), and Wet n Wild - Black (I really need a backup of this, very soon)

Happy Easter Everyone!

IsaDora Sugar Crush - 108 Wine Crush

I am on a roll on these sugar crush/coat polishes now a days.
Today I bring you Wine Crush by IsaDora. It's purple, pink, brown and golden, it's shiny and sooo pretty!

I  am so glad it's almost weekend, it feels like this week as been going on forever. Luckily, next week is going to be busy busy busy. I got a photoshoot booked, and it's been a year or so since I last did some modeling, so it's great to be back to doing that again. I am also meeting up with some cool people that is going to show me the town I now live in. Time to learn where all the good shops are, where to go dust-hunting for polishes etc.

Back to the world of polishes, here is Wine Crush:

Sally Hansen - Sugar Coat - Sour Apple

Today I have a swatch out for you from the Sugar Coat collection by Sally Hansen.
This is Sour Apple, a minty green polish.

I bought three Sugar Coats from Sally Hansen here the other day. I found them at Poundland for.. well... a pound each.

This one didn't turn out as "sugary" as Sally Hansen - Sweetie did. I followed the instructions on the back: it stated you needed to use two thin coats, and that is what I did here. It might have needed more shaking before use.

Sally Hansen - Sugar Coat - Sweetie

This manicure is very Easter-ish. Pastel Yellow.
It just shouts Easter to me. I don't think that (yellow) is a colour that will ever be anything else to me. I know I am a bit late on this trend, but, oh well.

I bought three Sugar Coats from Sally Hansen here the other day. I found them at Poundland for.. well... a pound each. They also had a black one, but opted out on it. Wasn't quite sure what I would use it for. And as I had a white one (Sugar Fix) making a black would be easy.

I decided to swatch Sweetie first. I don't often wear yellow polish, but I think everyone should own at least a couple polishes in the colour. Instructions on the back says to use two thin coats, so that is what i have done on these pictures.
